Green Grapes Delight
                    Green grapes are my least favorite. Its sour taste always tell a No-No after the first bite. I always  think of doing something to convert the distasteful dishes to a WOW! And thus I ended up with this recipe today. My baby girl only 15 months liked this alot and she was asking for more and more. This can be a quick dessert after a heavy meal though the mayonnaise & cheese will add up the calories. But hey, u can burn them off.. Take a walk in that afternoon or next day morning.



Ingredients:

  1. Seedless Green Grapes : 1 cup

  2. Almonds or Cashew nuts or Pecans : 1/2 cup ; crushed
  3. Mayonnaise : 2 tbsp
  4. Cheese Cream : 2 tbsp
  5. Pepper Powder : 1 tsp
  6. Sugar : 1 tbsp
  7. Salt : a pinch
  8. Yogurt : 2 tbsp
  9. Vanilla essence : 1/4 tsp

Green Grapes Delight


Method :
  1. Cut the grapes into halves.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl
  3. Fold the grapes into the mixture and chill for 1 hour.
