Stuffed Bread Roll

Stuffed-Bread-Roll



                         Breads always saves our day either as a breakfast meal or pudding or snacks or even simply their outer crusts just help hands with other dishes. Bread Pudding is something I prepare whenever I suddenly find out my 8-10 bread slices are waiting  for tomorrow's expiry. I have always been in search of bread recipes through out but this one is a well known teatime snack only the stuffings just change from recipe to another.


Stuffed-Bread-RollIngredients:
  1. Bread Slices with crusts removed : 8 - 10
  2. Egg : 2 , beaten 
  3. Oil : for deep frying
  4. Minced boneless chicken : 4-5 medium pieces
  5. Pepper Powder : 1-2 tbsp
  6. Salt : to taste
  7. Rusk powder or bread crumbs : 3-4 tbsp



Stuffed-Bread-Roll


Method :
  1. Prepare the stuffing by boiling chicken in little water along with pepper powder and salt
  2. When chicken gets cooked , keep them aside
  3. Place a teaspoonful of the stuffing and roll the bread sealing all the edges . Make sure the edges are sealed completely as oil might enter when frying. 
  4. Follow same procedure for remaining slices
  5. Heat the oil required for frying in a wok.
  6. Dip the roll in egg followed by  dipping and covering all its sides in Rusk powder or bread crumbs.
  7. Deep fry in the hot oil. Put the remaining rolls after dipping in egg and rusk powder.
  8. Bring them out when it turns golden brown.
  9. Serve with spicy ketchup or mint-coriander chutney!!
